Refund Policy

01When to request a refund

Use the product for seven days. If you are still not satisfied after that period, email contact@learnindepth.in with your feedback and purchase details. The seven days refer to usage before requesting a reviewed refund; this is not a requirement to submit your request within seven days of purchase.

02How to submit your request

Email contact@learnindepth.in with the subject “Knowledge To Income — Refund Request”. Include the following so we can identify your purchase and understand your experience:

• Your name and the email address used for the purchase.
• Your order or transaction reference and purchase date.
• When you started using the product and confirmation of seven days of usage.
• Your feedback explaining why you are not satisfied, including any access or product issues.

03Evaluation

We will review your purchase details, usage information and feedback. We may request relevant clarification to evaluate the request. Refunds are subject to evaluation rather than automatic approval. We will communicate the outcome by email and process the refund if approved.

04Approved refunds

For an approved refund, we will coordinate processing through the relevant payment channel and confirm the details by email. Payment-provider and bank processing times can vary; no fixed processing timeframe is promised by this policy. Never send passwords, OTPs or full card details to request a refund.

05Access and payment problems

If you cannot access your purchase or notice a payment problem, email us promptly with your order reference. You do not need to wait seven days to report an access or payment issue. We will review the issue and discuss the appropriate resolution.

06Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy available under applicable Indian consumer law. The product is educational; income, sales and business results are not guaranteed.
