02Information involved

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, message, product feedback and purchase reference. When you purchase or access the product through the Academy App, information necessary to identify your order and provide access may be handled by that platform and made available to us.

03How information is used

We use relevant information to verify purchases, provide or troubleshoot product access, reply to messages, evaluate refund requests and process approved refunds. Information may also be used to meet applicable legal obligations and address misuse or disputes. Please do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

04Checkout and learning services

Purchases and learning access are provided through the Learn In-Depth Academy App. Supporting resources are provided through Google Drive. Those services may handle account details, payment information and technical information under their own privacy policies. Review the notices shown by the service you use before submitting personal information. This policy does not replace those notices.

05Cookies and advertising tracking

This sales page does not require a customer account or an on-page payment form. Hosting services and linked checkout or learning platforms may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details, or use cookies or similar technologies for their operation.

• Advertising measurement: this site loads Meta's advertising pixel (the Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits and page views and to understand how advertising for the blueprint performs.
• Data involved: when the pixel runs, Meta may receive your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and interactions such as purchase-link clicks, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
• Your choice: in regions where consent is required, the pixel loads only after you accept the cookie notice shown on the site. You can accept or decline at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, and decline keeps the pixel off. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.
